The Importance of Demand, Supply as an Influencing Factor, Describing Project Operations, Categorizing Costs, Environmental Sustainability. Background Information, The Investment, Operating Costs and Income per Activity, General and Maintenance Costs, Preliminary Estimate of Viability (income-generating projects only), Preliminary Beneficiary Estimates (non-income generating projects only),
