To Determine the key set of behaviors for organizational performance and positive attitude skills

To Explain and discuss the importance of value-based leadership in management

To Develop organizational mission, vision, and values, and give examples of statements

To Explain conducting external and internal analysis to develop a strategy

To Define organizational structure and its basic elements, and reasons for resisting change
